Dear Friends,

Doctors Without Borders is an independent international medical humanitarian organization that provides aid to people in more than 70 countries whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters.

Alice and I developed the concept of Dangerous Wines last year to connect with philanthropic friends  while raising awareness and money for Doctors Without Borders. This will be the 2nd year of what has become an annual, by invitation only event. Normally for Dangerous Wines we pick a region of the world that is in turmoil and produces wine. We do this to bring awareness to the situation, and MSF's tireless work in that region. We also use the event to raise funds for DWB. Working with a local restaurant we develop a five course meal that is from, or inspired by the region we are bringing awareness to and pair the food with wine from that same region. This year we will be different; this year we will showcase DWB support to the Global Pandemic.
