Welcome to the Spoonful of Sugar Festival!  This Fall we bring to you the third of these very successful festivals for the benefit of MSF/Doctors Without Borders.   Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

We believe in what they are doing so we decided that Second Life, a community without borders, was a perfect place to find them some support.  So far, with your help the SOS Festivals have raised over 20,000 US!  That's a lot of sugar! And we all know sugar makes the medicine go AROUND the world. ;)

Our mission is based on the belief that when we help others, we, in turn, help ourselves by fulfilling our sense of collective humanity and growing our compassion.  That balancing things like that into our lives in healthy measures, can give us energy and renewed enthusiasm for life. And evidently it's working because we aren't tired yet and we certainly aren't stopping.  :) Learn about this powerhouse team in the About Us tab.

It is our continued pleasure to bring you a festival full of the finest Second Life has to offer in shopping, entertainment and education about this globally effective charity.

We have a lot of fun here at the SOS and we encourage you to join in. Become a sponsor.  Shop us. Talk about us.  Educate yourself and your friends and family to this beautiful cause. Become part of what many are calling the sweetest fund raiser in all of SL.

Thank you for your support and for getting involved. Every little bit helps and is greatly appreciated (and Tax deductible!)!  You can learn more about MSF's work by visiting
