Dear Friends,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page and joining charity: bicycle to support the lifesaving work of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)!

Doctors Without Borders responds to emergencies around the world. Their work is essential in providing life-saving medical care, such as treatment for acute malnutrition, emergency surgery, maternal care, and lifesaving vaccinations. Your donation will be put to work immediately to deliver that urgent medical care!

This year, I will attempt the Guinness World Record for circumnavigation of the world (18,000 miles/29,000km) on a single-speed bicycle, while raising funds to support the courageous men and women at Doctors Without Borders.

Doctors Without Borders is an independent international organization that offers medical humanitarian assistance to people based solely on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation. Over the past five decades, Doctors Without Borders has grown from a group of a few hundred volunteers to an international movement, providing over 10 million medical consultations in more than 70 countries every year. I am very proud to support such a noble organization. Thank you for your support and for getting involved.

Doctors Without Borders & charity: bicycle share core values of humanitarianism, independence, neutrality, and impartiality in order to create a safer, healthier, and more compassionate world. charity: bicycle is very proud to partner with Doctors Without Borders and every penny that you give goes directly to Doctors Without Borders and is greatly appreciated! And it's tax-deductible!

Please, support Doctors Without Borders in their work, providing life-saving aid to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters.

You can learn more about their work by visiting www.doctorswithoutborders.org.
